Glad I don't live in THAT neighbourhood. lol, what a bunch of fucking morons. Entertaining though.
After discussing with a few friends, we agreed on two theories:
1 The car was abandoned and had wrecked earlier (it looked like the car had been sitting for a while and had damage to the front wheel, bumper and sides from an accident). Idiot decides to vandalize the car further because "yolo".
2. It was his car and he had crashed it. He then decided to rip off the bumper as a final "yolo" moment.
