Gordon, the swastika looking symbol you see on that car, originates from an old-school Bosozoku biker group called, * "Black Emperor" *, which used that as part of their team logo, and apparently has since the 70's. As for the "God Speed You" on the side, I think it's either a team "slogan" or may be part of the club name. But I've mainly seen them called just "Black Emperor." I believe sometime later, they must have moved onto the car side of bosozoku and away from motorcycles, since I haven't seen any picture/footage of any Black Emperor motorcycles..but that's something that I can't be 100% on.
