The woman in the Fiat was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries (but non life threatening). Her son and the couple in the 458 had minor injuries. The crash occurred on the second leg of the Mille Miglia. The Ferrari 458 was part of the Ferrari Tribute rally that accompanied the main rally.
That being said, we continued our journey and followed the cars from Padova. Watching the police give the classic cars full escort through all the towns and public roads was pretty insane. Definitely the coolest and craziest rally I've ever attended.

Not gonna lie. There were some nice Amg and Ferrari at the start up in the early morning. Stirling Moss, 4×4², amg gt with rallye headlamps.
