What’s up effspot, the reason why Hong Kong has so many Teslas is because they don’t charge buyer that crazy 100% luxury tax on it like they do with the other cars in Hong Kong. They want everyone to go green in Hong Kong.

You'll probably see a lot of tesla's in China and Hong Kong due to Eco troopers buying them because China is one of the biggest polluters and same as Hong Kong

Lol, don't feel like Hong Kong people are rich because of having a lot of Tesla but not buying other cars. There were many years (the policy was suspended a few months ago) that Hong Kong government didn't impose tax on electric car, meanwhile normal gasoline car has around 100% of taxes (~100% on top of original price, and progressive to the original price as well, so the more expensive the original price is, the more the tax is charged). So Tesla had a very huge benefit from it, of getting one of the fastest car in market, at least for the density in HK, which acceleration matters.
