I think the white performante (which was on Monaco plates) was getting a warning from the Police that no pools, burnout, revving or anything is going to be tolerated that weekend and they were confiscating cars for 48 hours + fine (and as you saw there were a few Monaco plate cars in the impound). Got to admit I feel Top Marques needs to move away from Monaco its just too small, but great video anyway!
