not gonna lie, except AMG Wheels and fixing the issues I wouldn't change a thing. Maybe add power but with that car this would be a serious undertaking. No room for a supercharger and everything NA would need the engine to be pulled and be seriously expensive.

I had no idea s600 had soft close I always thought it was a new tech maybe 2010 thing. Also you mentioned for performance upgrade lets go with performance radiator to lower those temps and bigger oil coolers
